Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair for everyone.

Cancellation and modification conditions

Cancellations made 10 or more days before your pick-up date — fully refunded with no cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 10 days of pick-up — 20% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 2 days of pick-up — 80% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
No-shows (failing to collect the vehicle without prior notification) — the full rental amount is forfeited.
To cancel or modify your booking, contact us by phone or email as early as possible.
Changes to pick-up time, date or vehicle category are accepted free of charge up to 24 hours before the rental start, subject to availability.
Early returns: if you return the vehicle before the agreed end date, no refund is given for unused rental days.
In exceptional circumstances — severe weather, unexpected ferry cancellations or a medical emergency — we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly.
